If you are a person who has a reasonable aptitude, a positive outlook, and aspiring for a successful career in the software industry, you could be a student. You must have passed the 12th standard, either enrolled with an engineering college, working in a semi-IT role, or looking to shift careers.

We are not an academic university or college. We do give out a certificate of training and a work experience letter for those who work on delivering projects. We do not offer a degree or a diploma.

Our primary objective is to build capacity within the Platform Commons team and we do this by absorbing students directly with us at an industry-grade salary.

We then invite partner organizations to recruit from the pool.

Lastly, we organize interview sessions with reputed organizations outside of our immediate network.

We ensure every learner gets sufficient work experience, along with formal training, within the Platform Commons team; and when you exit the program, you are not a student looking for your first job, but an experienced professional looking for next venture.
