In the face of certain challenges, innovative thinking is essential to construct sustainable, long-term solutions. Volunteer For India introduces the Volship program, a 12-week Volunteer Leadership Journey designed to expedite individuals’ growth as social entrepreneurs. Those who excel in Volship have the opportunity to establish a Bhumi Club in their city or college, thereby magnifying their impact as aspiring social entrepreneurs.
Aisha and her Team’s Quest for Impact
Aisha, along with her friends Ajay and Sneha, embarked on the Volship journey with a powerful idea: to address pressing social issues in their community as social entrepreneurs. They aimed to apply entrepreneurial principles to solve complex societal problems.
The Assessment-Driven Approach with Platform Commons
Volunteer For India collaborated with Platform Commons to create a comprehensive assessment in one of its apps called, Better Together. This helped the Volship team identify individuals and teams with the potential to drive social change as social entrepreneurs.
