Empowering Farmers with URVI

To catalyze this movement, Platform Commons introduced URVI, an impactful application that captures vital farmer data, crop details, and surveys year-round. URVI is a digital cornerstone revolutionising agricultural data collection and utilisation. URVI empowers farmers by enabling them to document their unique practices and preferences. This farmer-centric approach, incorporating a range of farming methodologies, underscores the program’s inclusivity.

APCNF: Farmers Leading the Way:

APCNF used Urvi and Kheti Baadi App to establish farmers’ ownership.

  • Over 34 NGO partners and a diverse array of practices, APCNF embraces farmer diversity as integral to Natural Farming.
  • URVI has helped 8,00,000+ farmers make the journey of change to Natural Farming practices.
  • Over 6,510 dedicated Cadre have driven adoption of Natural Farming Practices.
  • The program’s influence spans all 26 districts and 4884 villages, in AP.

Monitoring Progress for Excellence

  • Platform Commons also equips APCNF team with reporting dashboards for real-time monitoring and analysis of farmer engagement, crop performance, and program impact.
