The SBI Youth For India Fellows, who leave their easy-going life and well-paying jobs,. have been at the forefront of bringing positive change through their meaningful interventions in rural development. Among these volunteers was Pratibha Krishnaiah, a passionate young Social Entrepreneur who left her high-paying corporate job to bring confidence and positive change in the lives of women of Champawat, Uttarakhand, through Himalayan Blooms.
Addressing Challenges with Innovation
Streamlining the application process became a priority as the YFI Fellowship program gained popularity among youth passionate about social change. Using Platform Common’s Better Together (VMS platform). leveraged features, such as Automatic Eligibility Checks and Plagiarism Checker, coupled with other features. This helped the SBI YFI team ease the selection process for the Fellowship.
